Highland Structures constructs steel framed and conventional built buildings and offers self-supporting metal buildings that are built with full steel skids or perimeter steel framed. Polyurethane buildings are also available. Structural building components are manufactured at our facility and erected on site. From portable to permanent, we custom build it all. With an exterior made from colored steel, these structures are built to last.
Buildings/Structures can be custom made to any size with a variety of Interior/Exterior options and accessories. The Interiors of self-framed metal buildings such as cabins, offices, etc can be furnished with tongue and groove pine, cedar or drywall. Counters and cabinets are also Interior options complete with full electrical and plumbing.

- Exteriors: 22 gauge galvanized/galvalume, 22 gauge pre-coat steel, 22 gauge galvanized steel.
- Interiors: 20 gauge perforated utility aluminum, 20 gauge fluted aluminum, 28 gaugeuted galvanized.
- Floor Insulation: Urethane spray foam insulation c/w elastomeric sealer R 12
- Wall Insulation: fibreglass friction t R12 – R20
- Roof Insulation: fibreglass friction t R12- R45
- Sound Dampening: insulations available
- Vapour Barrier: 6 mil standard
